The first thing I'll ask you when you arrange an appointment with me to help you stop smoking is: Do you really want to stop? I'll also want to know how badly you want this and why you want to stop. You see, if you approach this half heartedly, or because your partner is nagging you and you want to show willing to get a peaceful life, then the chances are you will not stop smoking, or not for good anyway. If you really desperately want to stop smoking but you just don't know how, or have tried patches, vaping and the like but failed, then I can help you, and there is a very good chance that you will never smoke again. The therapy will be hypnotherapy or BWRT and will take a couple of hours. It can be done in one long session or two shorter ones.
